What is HP?▾
Hire Purchase. You pay a deposit then fixed monthly payments. The car is yours once the final payment clears.
What is CS?▾
Conditional Sale. Much like HP, but ownership transfers automatically at the end of the agreement with no option-to-purchase fee.
What is PCP?▾
Personal Contract Purchase. Lower monthly payments because part of the value is deferred to a final balloon payment. At the end you can pay it, hand the car back, or part-exchange.
