- Quoting prices, negotiating or booking work in — real enquiries get passed straight to you
- Ad spend beyond the amount included in your package. Extra budget is billed at cost, nothing added
- Paid advertising on the lower two packages, though it can be bolted on
- Your passwords. We work through Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Centre, and you can revoke our access any time
